In order to achieve efficient enrichment of circulating tumor cells (CTCs), an accurate screening device for circulating tumor cells was designed to provide a more effective new technology and device for early clinical screening, detection and treatment of tumor cells and provide research foundation for precision medical. The system was designed which used microfluidic technology, chromatography, and centrifugation methods and combined the physical and biological characteristics of tumor cells. Through the integration technology of microfluidic carrier discs, microporous membranes of polymer materials, enrichment reagents and embedded test instruments to achieve the stain and enrichment of CTCs. The separation plate and device were designed for easy operation and high enrichment rate which can meet the demand completely.
