Event-triggered resilient network-level control of multi-agent systems under cyber attacks

摘要

This paper investigates the resilient cooperative control of multi-agent systems against potential cyber attacks. The attacker aims to make the consensus dynamics diverge by inserting external signals to the communication network and modify the information being exchanged. An event-triggered network-level defense mechanism with virtual systems is developed, under which the multi-agent system can reach leader-follower consensus in the presence of unknown attacks. The strategy proposed in this paper can handle the unknown cyber attacks without estimation-based compensators and has the advantage of not interfering the system during normal operations. Furthermore, the event-triggered strategy avoids the continuous communications among neighboring agents.
