An accelerometer is fixed on the traditional Coriolis acceleration tester to measure the accurate Coriolis acceleration which is adopted to compare with the theoretical value during the movement of the instruction in this paper. On one hand, an angle sensor named Mpu6050 is selected to measure the inclination of rotation plane for the necessary of calculating the theoretical Coriolis acceleration. A Kalman Filter is designed to filter the original data from Mpu6050 for improving precision. On the other hand, a fuzzy PID controller is designed for motor control to make sure that it could move smoothly. The process of modeling and simulating of the fuzzy PID controller based on the Matlab are introduced and the result is shown.
