The present invention relates to a technology for preventing control deterioration by jumping a control amount as a control section of a purge-ply controller is changed in a digital speed controller using a purge-ply controller to control the rotational speed of a turbine or a diesel engine. In order to prevent this phenomenon, the error in the fuzzy control section should be the difference between the target value and the measured value, and if it is moved beyond the fuzzy control section to the controlled section, the error of the controller will be calculated based on the starting point of the controlled section. Therefore, the total control amount is calculated as the sum of the fuzzy-eye controller output and the controller output.;In this way, if the error is large and out of the fuzzy control section, the total control amount is the sum of the output of the fuzzy-eye controller and the controlled controller, which improves the response by the controlled controller, and converges toward the target value at a high speed. Closer to, the output of the controller decreases and the output of the controller becomes 0 at the point of change of the interval. Therefore, the total controller output becomes the output of the fuzzy-eye controller, and the output of the controller changes continuously without jumping. The effect of improving control performance is obtained.
