Career-building training as a component of talent management

摘要

This paper presents the methods and different approaches of career-building training of engineers within the system of additional professional education. The authors will analyze possibilities of modern system of additional professional education of specialists in respect of career-building training and formulate the perspective directions of engineering education on this basis.
