The detachable rod fastening rotor has the advantages of convenient installation and replacement of parts, saving materials, and reducing costs. For high-speed rotors, each part undergoes axial and radial deformation under the action of centrifugal force, making the tie rods in two different static and dynamic states. As a result, the pre-tightening force of the tie rod changes; Therefore, by calculating the deformation of each part on the tie rod to estimate the change in the pre-tightening force, the assembly accuracy can be better improved. This paper analyzes the rigidity of the parts on the detachable high-speed rotor tie rod of a specific compressor during the assembly process and its influence on the deformation of the parts under static conditions through finite element analysis.
