摘要

A rapid, sensitive and reproducible high performance liquid chro-matographic (HPLC) method was developed and validated for simultaneous quantification of Emodin and Quinalizarin from Fermentation Broth of Aspergillus. ochraceus lp_0429. Isocratic RP-HPLC system with C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm i.d., 5 μ particle size) and a detector UV-VWD was employed. The mobile phase of 0.05 M disodium hydrogen phosphate and ace-tonitrile (25:75, v/v) containing 0.5 mL/L triethylamine at pH 5.8 was delivered at flow rate of 0.1 mL/min at ambient temperature. The UV detection of emodin and quinalizarin was set at 254 nm. Total run time was 10 min and retention times for Emodin and Quinalizarin were 2.08 and 6.12 min, respectively.
