Method for Producing Bio-Ethanol Using Simultaneous Saccharification and Fermentation with the Supernatant of the Waste of Culture Broth

PURPOSE: A method for preparing bio-ethanol by simultaneous fermentation of waste supernatant after beer fermentation is provided to save waste disposal cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing bio-ethanol by simultaneous fermentation comprises: a step of separating the supernatant from waste liquid after beer fermentation; a step of fermenting the supernatant at 30-70C to obtain bio-ethanol; a step of isolating yeast from fermented liquid containing the bio-ethanol. The supernatant isolated from the waste liquid contains yeast, starch, protein, alpha amylase, beta amylase, hemicellulose, phosphotase, and glucanase.
