Nowadays CNT-FED has been drawing much attention. In principle, FED shows display quality that is very similar to CRT. Anther advantage is low power consumption due to simple device scheme. Owing to high aspect ratio and small radii curvature, CNT exhibit excellent field emission characteristics. In additional, CNT can be mixed with other organic or inorganic materials and form printable paste. By screen-printing and furring processes, the electron emission layer can be manufactured on large substrate. CNT-FED device in our study are composed of the cathode, the gate electrode, the anode Dielectric insulators and spacer are coated between each electrode against short circuit. Magnesia is sputtering on the surface of channel for secondary electron emission. The structure of triode is as in fig1.
