The essence of business activity is one kind of economic activity.Law and ethics will restrict it.Except for pursuing the maximization of profit,any businessman should have those characteristics such as honest,justice and moral,to restrict some bad business activities.With the development of globalization,Different culture is challenging the ethics standard in different countries,which cause the business activity to be more complicated.This article will analyze some special marketing ethics problems from cultural difference's view when the companies do the multinational marketing.It also points some reasons from cultural composition and proposes several advices to promote the construction of corporation marketing ethics.
