The printed carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have been developed for an application to the backlight unit (BLU) for liquid crystal display (LCD). One of the most important technological issues to overcome is the lifetime reliability of the printed emitters that activated by adhesive tape method. In this work, we present development and optimization on the CNT paste for the application in BLU. Emission current density ~ 1 mA/cm~2 under DC bias was stably obtained through the CNT paste with high concentration of CNTs up to 10 wt% relative to the organic binder.
