PURPOSE: A method for producing a carbon nanotube field electron emitter and a field electron emission device comprising a field electron emitter produced by the same are provided to obtain the uniform and excellent field emission electron source.;CONSTITUTION: An aqueous solution of the carbon nanotube-nucleic acid complex is manufactured. The carbon nanotube - nucleic acid complex is precipitated on the substrate through an electrophoresis mode. The substrate including the precipitated carbon nanotube - nucleic acid complex is manufactured. The nucleic acid is comprised of the DNA, and RNA or PNA.
