METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HIGH DISCHARGE-RESISTANT AND HIGH STABILITY CARBON NANOTUBE FIELD EMISSION ELECTRON BEAM EMITTER USING METAL BINDERS AND CARBON NANOTUBE FIELD EMISSION ELECTRON BEAM EMITTER MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD
Disclosed are a high discharge-resistant and high stability carbon nanotube field emission electron beam emitter using metal binders and a method for manufacturing said emitter. The method for manufacturing a carbon nanotube field emission electron beam emitter comprises: a first step of refining carbon nanotubes; a second step of melting the refined carbon nanotubes in a volatile solvent; a third step of mixing the carbon nanotube solution and metal binders to produce a carbon nanotube paste; a fourth step of grinding a negative electrode substrate by means of a mechanochemical process; a fifth step of applying the carbon nanotube paste to a paste support substrate in a liquid droplet and coating the ground negative electrode substrate with the carbon nanotube paste; and a sixth step of drying and high temperature sintering the negative electrode substrate coated with the carbon nanotube paste.
