This paper mainly studies the fare integration of urban railway and bus from the angle of coordinated development of these two modes. The function between total public transit demand and ticket prices is set up according to the analysis of interaction between urban public transport passenger flow and fares. Logit model is used to establish the mode split rate between urban railway and bus. On this basis, considering some factors like generalized cost of travel, efficiency of public transport enterprises, service levels, fare subsidy etc, optimal control theory is applied to build the pricing model of fare integration for urban railway and bus from the perspective of the social and economic benefits. Taking the public transport of Changchun for example, empirical analysis is made to verify the validity of the model.This research could provide a theoretical basis for government to establish the system of ticket pricing or of ticket prices..
