In order to improve the quality and effect of college PE teaching, this essay, based on constructivist learning theory and existentialist theory, profoundly analyzes the background and development connotation of students' learning evaluation reform of the college PE curriculum and proposes college PE curriculum learning evaluation index system, evaluation method system and PE learning evaluation system with multi-subjects from the perspective of students' all-round development and lifelong learning. This PE curriculum learning evaluation system, based on new PE curriculum objective, enriches the contents of PE learning evaluation, extends evaluation dimensions, embodies humanistic evaluation, adapts to the development requirements of college PE curriculum and finds a solution path to improve PE curriculum teaching quality and effect.
