摘要

In this paper, the relationship between the energy distribution of the two electrodes and the movement law of charged particles in the plasma channel of EDM is analyzed firstly. Research on the movement law of electrons and positive ions in the channel is done by using single pulse to discharge between two electrodes made with the same material. The results show the movement of positive ions is weak greatly than that of electrons even discharged under big pulse duration.
