Maladjustment and harmony of teaching and scientific research in the institutions of higher learning

摘要

For the institutions of higher learning, teaching and scientific research are the two main tasks which coexist in mutual development. However, in reality, the imbalanced relationship like partially emphasizing either of two does exist which needs to be coordinated to form a balanced relationship and ensure a commonly development.
