摘要

In most applications of biotechnology and downstream processing proteins are stressed invarious flow configurations by shear and extensional stress. In this work we present stressexperiments of several proteins under well-defined flow conditions. In combination with insituanalytics flow-induced aggregation phenomena and conformational changes can besuccessfully monitored. In addition to shear and elongation, the contribution of adsorptionphenomena to interfaces is investigated.
