摘要

An effective compensation mode plays an important role in staff motivation and enterprise targets' realization.Associating staff's compensation with enterprise's performance is not only an important part of Performance Management, but also a key element of setting up a reasonable compensation system.For administration and supporting staff, a compensation system which associates with enterprise performance is presented.The specifications and advantages of the mode are also analyzed.
