摘要

For a long time, output characteristic of the fiber coupled system’s subjects to severe limitation on two factors - quality of the light beam and energy. In this thesis, considering in protection of the fiber’s head surface and heating effect of the light transmitting in the fiber, we selected special material which has high laser-hurting threshold, good mechanical character and good stability. We designed three layers’ AR coating (G/H2ML/A), and worked on good thin film deposition system from USA. IBAD as a new technique is used to get a AR coating which has stable index, nearly no-absorption and good adhesive power in room-temperature conditions.
