A New Evaluation Method of Interaction Effects Using Compound Added Functions based on the Potential User’s Evaluation Value

In general, plural functions are supplemented for product differentiation among a number of competing products, but studies on their reasonable monetary evaluations have not particularly been developed. This study proposes a method for actually evaluating the interaction effects produced by compounding added functions monetarily using the 3 indices of the amounts of the interaction effects, the ratios of the interaction effects, and the rates of recognizing the interaction effects, and clarifies its usefulness. By utilizing these evaluation values collectively, it is clarified that they will be useful in making the strategic product concept and calculating the amounts of the forecasted sales prices, which become the basis for determining the standard sales prices, and furthermore in setting the cost objectives
