We studied pharmacokinetics of novel polymeric micellar paclitaxel with new solubilizer Aceporol460 (BLK460), with ascorbyl palmitate in rat. The formulations of paclitaxel diluted with 5% glucose injection were administered at 5mg/kg by i.v. infuson in rats. When we added 7, 15 and 30mg of ascorbyl palmitate to BLK460, the AUCs were changed to 311.20, 430.16 and 965.79 μg·min/mL.
