We investigated the relationships between IS support of four key organizational learning processes (information acquisition, information distribution, information interpretation, and organizational memory) and firm performance as well as the potential moderating effects of environmental dynamism and IS connectivity on those relationships. Our results show that IS support of information acquisition and IS support of organizational memory enhance labor productivity, while IS support of information distribution and IS support of information interpretation hinder sales growth and profitability respectively. We also found that environmental dynamism and IS connectivity influenced the performance impacts of IS support of the four organizational learning processes.
