摘要

To compete at global level and to bring internal quality improvements, organizations implement one or more of the quality management concepts such as ISO 9001 quality systems and Total Quality Management (TQM). It is Important to note that these concepts are expected to help in achieving business excellence. However, one of the reasons that the implementation of these concepts becomes successful is they encourage organizational learning by each and e very one of the organization of interest. Obviously, higher the level of organizational learning higher the performance. Therefore, it is attempted to perform an empirical study among French companies to know the impact of ISO 9001 on some constructs of organizational learning and in turn the latter's influence on process performances.
