This paper introduces a multi-media German language-learning program on the WWW for the distance teaching supported by the databese system and the server-client sysytem. The paper describes mainly the structure of this program. Users can learn the German language by means of German pronunciation exercises, pictures, and movies in both the German and Japanese alphabets.
