We made In_2S_3 thin films using spray technique to be used as optical windows in In_2S_3/CuInS_2 solar cells. The films are adherent, homogeneous and 5 mu m thick. The In_2S_3 substrates appears in two allotropic forms: alpha (cubic a=3,37 Angsrums) (1) and beta (Cubic a=10, 73Angstrums) (2) it depends to the substrate temperature. X-ray measurements shows that the substrates have good cristallinity. The alpba In_2S_3 have a preferential orientation toward (200) made at low temperature 360 deg C but the beta In_2S_3 has the orientation (400) at higher temperature. The grain size is about 600 A at 410 deg C and for a molar ratio R=S/In=2.
