In this paper, we investigated the effect of solvent onrnelectrical properties of triisopropylsilyl (TIPS)rnpentacene organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). ThernTIPS pentacene was spin coated by usingrnchlorobenzene, p-xylene, chloroform and toluene asrnsolvent. Fabricated OTFT with chlorobenzene showedrnfield-effect mobility of 0.01 cm2/V s, on/off ratiorn4.3×103 and threshold voltage of 5.5 V. In contrast,rnwith chloroform the mobility was 5.8×10-7 cm2/Vs,rnon/off ratio 1.1×102 and threshold voltage of 1.7 V.
