The Research on Analysis and Testing Methods and Elimination of Data's Systematic Errors

This paper discusses the universality of data errors, with a focus on the research of systematic errors and their testing. Several test methods of systematic errors are provided, testing practical and easily to be operated, therefore they are contributing to the elimination of the systematic errors.
