OPTICAL MEASUREMENT OF BULK RECOMBINATION LIFETIME IN HIGH-INJECTION REGIME

In this work, we illustrate a innovative contactless, nondestructive, interferometric technique which allows to obtain the recombination lifetime of electron-hole pairs in the low injection regime, in the mid injection regime and the Auger coefficients in the high injection regime.
