摘要

This paper mainly studies the labor turnover problems of China's state -owned companies, based on analyzing the characteristics of the internal labor market. The imperfect internal labor market of China's state -owned companies results in the flow-out of talented employees and the remain of lower productive workers, which makes the employee quality of state-owned sectors seriously worsen and strongly restrains the development of those companies. The paper thus puts forward several suggestions to perfect the internal labor market of state-owned companies.
