The invention relates to the field of information support of the labor market, and more particularly to automation of the interaction between workers and employers, in particular in the process of preparing and implementing tasks of a temporary and/or periodic nature. The proposed method and system make it possible to implement a labor market that provides full or partial automation of the processes of selection and hiring of workers by employers, as well as allowing monitoring of compliance with hiring conditions in the process of interaction, saving of the history of interaction and ratings of workers and employers, and other processes arising in the course of interaction between a worker and an employer in the labor market. The system and method are implemented by information technology methods using a cloud (server) side and a client side, computers and/or mobile devices and software, and also telecommunication channels or other methods that enable the exchange of information between information consumers and information systems.
