With the development of science and technology, the way information travels has changed a lot. As the promoter of the Internet era, the new generation of college students have been greatly influenced by the Internet in their study and life. College Chinese can not only promote the integration of disciplines, but also cultivate the humanistic quality, so that students can become the comprehensive talents. The college Chinese course reform should be good at using the Internet to assist teaching, and the teaching content should also reflect the sense of The Times. However, in the current college Chinese teaching, many colleges do not have accurate positioning of teaching objectives. There are many problems, such as traditional teaching methods, outdated teaching contents and outdated teaching ideas, which result in students' lack of interest in learning Chinese. The scientific and accurate determination of college Chinese teaching goal is related to the the overall quality of teaching. This paper first analysis the significance of precision teaching. Then, this paper makes a statistical analyyze on the problem of Chinese teaching goal. Based on the background of big data, we developed the target process and teaching hierarchy relationship of Chinese teaching. Finally, this paper constructs the framework of Chinese teaching target precision model.
