摘要

The fractionation of protein samples in monomer, dimer and high-molecular weight aggregates has been performed via asymmetrical flow field-flow fractionation (AFFFF). Molar masses were determined on-line by multi-angle laser-light scattering (MALLS). The separation of monomers and aggregates in pharmaceutically relevant protein samples was performed.
