摘要

The cyclotron resonance of conduction electrons was observedin n-type ZnO at ultra high magnetic fields up to 600T. The obtainedeffective mass m* = 0.265m0 at a photon energy of 117 meV is smallerthan the polaron mass measured below the LO phonon energy. This is dueto the resonant polaron effect. At low temperatures, complicatedtransmission spectra were observed which we speculate to originate fromthe vacancy in the crystal.
