摘要

This paper propose implementation of level monitoring and controlling of coolant use in industrial machine. The system is low cost, easy to operate, robust an and resources saving which can be use in industrial machine like CNC's, SMED's and etc. The system works in Auto and Manual mode on priority based. It saves the wastage of coolant and also eliminates the operator/man power. The system is based on ATMEGA micro-controller with RF communication. It accurately performs the level monitoring and controlling for a series of machine using master and slave modules. Final result indicate a low cost solution will achieve for coolant level controlling over a different industrial operational conditions.
