Stock Investment Value Analysis with Factor and Cluster Analysis for Listed Company of Real Estate

The stock market of listed company of real estate is one of the most active parts in Chinese stock market, and is the focus of the investors. It has an important significance to grasp the direction of real estate market and to the investment of the investors to analyze the performance of the listed company of real estate. This paper used factor analysis and cluster analysis to analyze the 2006 financial data of the listed company of real estate. Principal component analysis is used to reduce variables and sum up the main factors of the factor analysis which affecting the company's financial situation. Cluster analysis is used to grading the performance of listed company of real estate. Comprehensive Evaluation to the companies is given combined results. This analysis can be used to guide both investors and operators to make the right decision.
