To assess the effects of the functional protein from milk on osteoclast, Large quantity of high-purity osteoclasts had been cultivated successfully through the whole bone marrow. Swiss staining and Giemsa staining are used to identified the osteoclasts. The bone resorption function was detected by the number and area of the bone resorption and study the effects of functional protein from milk on osteoclasts of Rats preliminary.
