摘要

In this paper,we will set up an integrated early-warning information system for meteorological information,air pollution and weather disease.The shortcomings of Traditional GIS are no sharing of information (To resolve the issue of information sharing).We will set up a complete and efficient geographic information system to solve this problem.For more,we will provide an integrated modular monitoring security early warning system for Air quality and health care.The integration of GIS will base on web cluster,database server and www server,and the warning module was based on a combining algorithm of grey relation analysis and artificial neural network prediction (multi-factor multi-component).The advantages of this system are that: the efficient information sharing based on GIS;the prediction model are well suited to formulate the complex prediction from complex factors which are often a black box and cannot be precisely described,and more importantly,and the system has a good scalability.The empirical results confirmed that mis system could do an efficient,accurate monitoring and timely warning.
