According to an aspect of the present invention, a system for predicting a meteorological disease and insect damage based on ICT comprises: a memory for storing a program for providing an ICT-based meteorological disease and insect damage predicting module; and a processor for executing the program. According as the program is executed, the processor collects weather data from a database, calculates a humidity sustained time from the collected weather data, calculates a cumulative temperature, predicts the probability of occurrence of a disease and insect damage based on the calculated humidity sustained time and cumulative temperature by using a disease and insect damage model and an insect damage model, sets a proper time for control on the basis of the predicted result, and transmits a notification of the probability of occurrence of the disease and insect damage to a user in accordance with a disease and insect damage condition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
