摘要

To meet the strict emission regulations, multipulse injection and other strategies were adopted to achieve different combustion patterns and paths of high-pressure common rail diesel engine in order to achieve ultra-low emissions. Therefore, the control system of multi-pulse fuel injection based on MCF5235 microprocessor and the multi-pulse control algorithm based on the array of structure were designed. The experimental results show that the designed multi-pulse injection control system can trigger many times' injection pulses in an interrupt, which reduces the burden on the CPU, the control system can achieve up to 10 times' multi-pulse fuel injections, and the number of multi-pulse injection, injection interval, pulse width can be adjusted independently to form a modulated multi-pulse mode.
