The paper describes a new approach basedon Chebyshev method, which is stabilized by an arbitrarysmall weighing of least-squares principle in order to permitthe reliable and repeatable examination of the best fitgeometric elements in a simple and very complex geometry.Field of application of new method is geometry qualitycontrol in automotive and machinery building industry, inplastic forming etc. The method can be also used for furtherinvestigations of margin and stability conditions ofChebyshev method.
