Memory Expansion Technology for Large-Scale Data Processing Using Software-Controlled SSD

摘要

This paper introduces memory expansion technology using heterogeneous memory to realize large-scale in-memory systems. By making the data processing and memory control software cooperate deeply, memory systems with better performance and higher capacity than conventional DRAM systems can be achieved. Application-oriented memory architectures are promising for large-scale and high-speed data processing.
