External beam therapy is characterized by the delivery of high dose radiation beam to kill cancerous cells, and inhibit their growth. However, to come up with the most accurate and efficient dose delivery, appropriate treatment planning systems were developed aiming to assist doctors in planning the most suitable treatment plans to be delivered to the patient. This paper proposes a simplified web deployed treatment planning system providing two main platforms with updated tools and features, able to assist medical physicists and radiation oncologists in accomplishing three important steps of the treatment planning process: Contouring and delineation of the concerned structures, interpolation and 3D reconstruction, and finally treatment plan evaluation. The developed system is a unique treatment planning application deployed on the web using Microsoft Azure, making it accessible anytime and anywhere by the authorized medical doctors. In addition, the following system focuses not only on reinforcing the team collaboration through web accessibility, but also on providing accurate, efficient and user friendly tools able to cover the main treatment planning process steps with high accuracy and low time consumption.
