Research on assembly deformation of machine tool guideway

摘要

This paper studied the mechanism of assembly deformation of guideway and proposed an assembly process to improve assembly precision of guideway. Firstly, the mechanism of assembly deformation is studied based on the theory of statically indeterminate beam. Secondly, an experiment is carried out on a test-bed, the result is consistent with the theoretical analysis. Finally, an assembly technology is proposed to improve assembly precision of guideway and the effectiveness of the proposedtechnology is validated experimentally.
