Method to Enhance Field Emission Characteristics of Triode Structure CNT-FED

The surface activation to improve the emission characteristics in triode structure carbon nanotube (CNT) field emission display was presented. In this way, we removed the organic material and left the cleaning surface of CNT emitters. By the surface activation in liquid phase, the current density of the triode cathode was better than the one without any treatment.
