LTCC WITH INTEGRATED PASSIVE RF COMPONENTS FOR TELECOM APPLICATIONS

摘要

Passive integration capability is one of the main benefit of LTCC considering telecom applications. Improvements inintegration density by the implementation of new materials and processes have to contribute to achieve cost reductiontargets. Based on the state of the art technology the RF characteristic was investigated, functional demonstrators weredeveloped, manufactured and qualified and a number of new technology steps were investigated to improve passiveintegration capability and integration density with the target of cost reduction.
