摘要

We present a free-space delivery and detection scheme that achieves super-resolution for monochromatic THz radiation by using the knife-edge scan approach. The imaging system is based on a confocal microscope operating at 0.30 THz (λ=1 mm), and a resolution of 60 μm≈λ/17 is obtained in the final reconstructed image.
