The author describes scientific thinking has identification with critical thinking, points out science education is helpful to development and advancement of critical thinking and it has limitations simultaneity, considers now there is a lack of critical thinking on science education in China, and suggests its fostering with strategies of HPS education, STS education and inquiry learning etc.
