Initiated Actuator Built-in-Test is an important maintenance test for aircraft. The hydraulic system capacity shall meet the requirements of IABIT or IABIT will fail. One issue is identified when using Hydraulic-Actuation system simulation model to analyze and design the IABIT control parameters for aircraft. The issue is solved based on a lot of simulations. The IABIT design and analysis show that the system design is not isolated, combined simulation within related systems is essential and can find and solve issues in design phase.
