摘要

In this work, we report the study of the efficient hydrogenoxygen generation on different stainless steel electrodes in the electrolytes (NaOH and HNO3). The eight control factors based on L18 arrays were conducted and the flow rate properties of the hydrogenoxygen generation were evaluated in the experiments. Based on analysis of Taguchi method, the signalnoise ratio is utilized and the optimal settings have been identified. In addition, the flow rate behavior of hydrogenoxygen generation by water electrolysis was studied by Ritter volumetric meters. The experimental results obtained show that Taguchi design is used not only for predicted optimal process parameters for achieving the desired quality but for process optimization.
